Readmission for Returning Students
International students must complete a readmission process in March (September - June program) or October (February - January program) each year. Students in the September to June academic program must complete the RIE readmission process by March 12, 2021 to confirm their seat at their current school for the next academic year.
Students, parents and custodians will receive a Readmission Letter with instructions on how to pay tuition and medical fees by February 22, 2021. Elementary students will receive their readmission letter from their school. Secondary students, parents and custodians will receive their readmission letter by email.
To complete the readmission process, students must:
- Download the readmission package in English or Simplified Chinese (简体中文) (includes instructions and two forms - the Declaration of Eligibility and Acknowledgement of the Refund Policy)
- Complete forms and pay tuition, medical and administraition fees
- Submit all documents, signed by parents, through the iCent app by March 12, 2021.
Once received, students will be given a final readmission letter for 2021-2022, which can be used to apply for a study permit extension.
Please speak with your school's international coordinator or principal if you do not receive your readmission letter.
